My Rating System

Firstly, let me start with what my ratings mean.

1 star - I finished it, but I didn't like it at all, almost DNF.

2 stars - I didn't like it, but there were a few good parts.

3 stars - Just Ok, probably won't re-read.

3.5 stars - Still average to me, but there were a few things I liked about it.

4 stars - I liked it and would recommend it, but there were some things I didn't like

4.5 stars - Almost perfect, but there was a small handful of things I wasn't a huge fan of.

5 stars - A new favorite! Absolutely amazing, and I will definitely read it again.

What Books Do I Review?

I am open to reading middle-grades, young adult, and adult books. For now, I plan to read fantasy and mystery books, but that will probably change as I continue blogging.

The genres I will never read are horror and erotica. I don't read anything religious and islamaphobic either.

I am open to reviewing both traditionally published as well as self-published books, and would love to support indie authors.

I also review webcomics, so if you are an indie webtoon canva artist or if you are planning to make a graphic novel or comic book then I would love to showcase your work as well.

I don't charge for book reviews. However, I will be honest in my reviews. I live in Dubai, UAE, so if you're able to send a physical book that's amazing, but if not, then I accept ebooks (pdf or ePub formats, preferably pdf) through email too. I'm also getting into audiobooks so I'll accept those too.

How Long Does It Take Me To Write The Reviews?

Honestly it depends, some books I can read in about two days while others could take more than a week. To be safe I'd say it would take at the most a month or two for me to post a review for your book. If you have an urgent deadline please let me know and I will make sure to read and review your book first.

Where do I post my reviews?

For now I post reviews on my blog and Goodreads. I might start an Instagram account in the future and post reviews there too. When I've published my review I send a link of my blog post to the author via email so they can read the review too :)

Am I Willing To Do Sponsored Posts?

I'm happy to if there is a good opportunity. It depends on the book and the author, I'm not going to promote a book I don't like. Send me an email and we can go over the details. I'm also happy to do sponsored posts for other bookish products too, apart from books I mean. Once again, send me an email and we can discuss.
